01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "bet7ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bet7ph platform and its operating entity, regulated under PAGCOR and serving players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the bet7ph website at bet7ph.net, its mobile browser interface, all casino and sportsbook services, payment systems, and any associated features or tools accessible to registered users.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet7ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the bet7ph platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the user and held in the user's bet7ph account wallet, available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by bet7ph under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of winnings, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body that regulates online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a user must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction a user may place on their own account, preventing access for a specified period as part of responsible gaming measures.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bet7ph platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. bet7ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by individuals below the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Residency

bet7ph is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended exclusively for use by individuals physically present within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bet7ph platform complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. bet7ph makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a bet7ph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid contact number, and email address. You must also provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document for KYC verification. Acceptable IDs include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Republic of the Philippines)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active bet7ph account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bet7ph employs technical and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any bonus winnings will be voided. Genuine balances from deposited funds may be returned at bet7ph's sole discretion after investigation.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bet7ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bet7ph will never request your password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity recorded on your account — whether or not authorized by you — remains your responsibility until bet7ph receives written notification of unauthorized access through the official support channel.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bet7ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. bet7ph reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

3.3 Account Currency

All bet7ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP. bet7ph does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs associated with international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the user.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bet7ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not exceed the available account balance. After a period of thirty-six (36) months of inactivity, bet7ph may close the account and transfer any remaining balance to a regulatory reserve in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, subject to the user's right to claim the balance upon verified identity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet7ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and technical availability at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on bet7ph is ₱100. There is no fixed maximum deposit, however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence review as required by anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within minutes following approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the bank's processing schedule. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC identity verification
• Compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds
• Anti-money laundering review for transactions above regulatory thresholds
• Withdrawal method matching the deposited payment method where applicable

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bet7ph is committed to full compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. bet7ph reserves the right to request additional documentation to establish the source of funds for deposits or withdrawal requests that trigger regulatory review thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Users attempting to use the bet7ph platform for money laundering, structuring, or any financial crime will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended and will be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bet7ph offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms stated herein and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New bet7ph accounts are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus up to a specified maximum amount, subject to wagering requirements that must be met within the stated validity period. The welcome bonus is available to each new account holder once only. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate registrations will have all associated winnings voided.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution rate per game category is published in each bonus offer's terms. bet7ph designs wagering requirements to be achievable, and we do not impose predatory rollover conditions. Wagering is tracked in real time and visible in your account dashboard.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bet7ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful engagement (e.g., placing offsetting bets), exploiting errors or technical glitches in bonus systems, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, bet7ph reserves the right to void bonus winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts paid out in error.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the bet7ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games. Live casino games operate under controlled studio conditions with independently verified dealing procedures. bet7ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published house edge inherent to each game's design.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are set by bet7ph's trading team and are subject to change until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked for that wager. bet7ph reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where a match result is affected by circumstances outside normal play (e.g., abandonment, walkover, proven match-fixing), or where the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already known to the user.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game session or live bet, bet7ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server-side records. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the user's account. bet7ph's decision on the outcome of disputed technical failure cases is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet7ph platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant winnings, and reporting to appropriate Philippine authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense:

• Registering or operating a bet7ph account while under the age of 21
• Providing false, fraudulent, or forged identity documents during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain funds or advantages not legitimately earned
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any financial crime
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud via any payment method
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet7ph staff, support agents, or other platform users
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet7ph platform — including but not limited to the bet7ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the proprietary property of bet7ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bet7ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of bet7ph.

09 Privacy & Data

bet7ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the overall agreement between you and bet7ph. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet7ph is committed to protecting your personal data and operates in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory bodies as required by law, and with vetted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) under appropriate data processing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet7ph's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

bet7ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bet7ph's reasonable control
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your bet7ph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real money balance. Upon account closure, any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Note that account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead of or in addition to account closure.

11.2 Termination by bet7ph

bet7ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or regulatory standing. In cases of termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at bet7ph's discretion after investigation, net of any amounts owed to bet7ph.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your bet7ph account, transactions, game outcomes, or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact bet7ph customer support via live chat, providing full details of the issue. bet7ph's support team will investigate and respond within five (5) business days for standard disputes and within two (2) business days for urgent payment-related matters.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's player complaint channel. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, bet7ph is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework and cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations. PAGCOR's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding on both parties.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this section.

13 Responsible Gaming

bet7ph is deeply committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, bet7ph is required to provide responsible gaming tools and resources, and we have implemented the following protections for all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically paused until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration and receive notifications when your time is up, prompting you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during play sessions reminding you of time elapsed and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your account for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect instantly and cannot be reversed during the chosen period by any means, including direct requests to support.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing your account.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources at PAGCOR.ph. The National Council for Mental Health (NCMH) also provides support for gambling-related issues in the Philippines.

14 Amendments

bet7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet7ph will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bet7ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of the Table of Contents in the sidebar.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between you and bet7ph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The bet7ph platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all platform activities are subject to applicable PAGCOR rules, circulars, and issuances.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such action or proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
